Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Project timelines depend on product availability and client feedback. Payments are governed by the invoicing terms in each agreement.
Custom orders and bespoke furniture may require a deposit before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Cancellation of staging or consultation services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
